She was born on September 11, 1991, in Kyrenia. She graduated from Güzelyurt Kurtuluş High School in 2009. After starting her university education at METU Northern Cyprus Campus Preparatory School, she transferred to the Near East University Faculty of Architecture Department of Architecture in 2010. She received her bachelor's degree from NEU Faculty of Architecture in 2014. Immediately afterwards, she completed her master's degree in 2017. Later, she completed her doctorate education in 2022 and received the title of Assistant Professor in 2023.

During her master's and doctoral studies, she focused on the Universal Design Concept in her research. She conducted interdisciplinary research on the subject and participated in studies. She has been actively involved in the Disability Rights Monitoring Board, established within the Near East University in 2019, since its establishment. She was deemed worthy of the NEU Young Researcher Award for her academic performance in 2021. She has articles published in national and international journals. She also has papers presented at many national and international scientific meetings. She works as an Assistant Professor lecturer at the NEU Faculty of Architecture. She is a member of the UCTCEA Chamber of Architects.
